Edited by Mil De Kooning, head of the Architecture and Urban Planning Department at the University of Ghent, it was compiled in the course of 1999, occasioned by the participation of this department in the 4a Bienal Internacional de São Paulo ( November 1999 – 25 January 2000 ).
Hardcover, full black cloth over boards with title printed in red on front cover and spine. No dust jacket as issued. 340 pages illustrated throughout with black & white and color illustrations ( photographs, drawings and plans ).
